The pricing shown below does NOT INCLUDE the price of the captain or fuel, however, BY LAW, The Captain will be paid on the day of the charter by the you, the charterer. The offer we send to you to book your reservation will NOT include the $50hr to be paid to your captain.  Just FYI- 😀The offer we send you to make your reservation will NOT include the $50hr to be paid to the captain (by you once you board your boat) The advertised boat rental price of $175hr (Mon-Thurs/ $185hr Fri-Sun) is correct, but the offer sent to you to make your reservation will not include the price of the captain or fuel charge of $75. The Coast Guard (by law) requires the captain and fuel to be paid separately from the charter boat rental so you’ll only be paying $125hr (Mon-Thur) $135hr (Fri-Sun) The one time fuel charge of $75 and the remaining $50hr is to be paid to the captain on the day of your charter! 😄👍🏼  $300 SECURITY DEPOSIT is ONLY CHARGED if any damages or incidentals occur during the rental. It will NOT be charged at the time of making your reservation.  All parties must be of legal age to consume alcohol. No drugs or illegal activities will be tolerated. No smoking, tobacco products or similar, vaping etc allowed while on board the boat. It is allowed OFF of the boat once at Crab Island or any other location you choose (as long as it is permitted at that location). Our regular pick up locations depend on available pick up areas and where you are staying/ coming from. Other pick up locations are available at your request. Must be arranged prior to day of charter. $50 non refundable pet fee.  Children under 6 years of age and under are required to wear USCG approved life jackets at all times while boat in underway.  All reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to date of reservation. Cancellations placed within 7 days of your reservation will be charged 50% of the entire reservation price. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of reservation as well as “no shows” will be charged 100% of the entire rental. Any other cancelations with be charged a 20% of the entire reservation price as a cancellation fee (regardless of the date of cancelation!. We understand that weather is unpredictable. If your reservation needs to be cancelled prior to your charter due to weather it will be done so ONLY at the discretion of the boat owner, not buy the customer or unless advised by local weather agencies or authorities, US Coast Guard, local law enforcement, The National Weather Service or any other official weather service or agency. If your charter needs to be ended due to weather once the charter has begun a 50% partial refund may be issued for unused rental time (rounded up to the next hour) Amount of time/ payment to be refunded is solely at the discretion of the boat owner or captain. If a severe weather statement or severe marine weather statement (for land or water) is issued at or near the boat’s current location and/ or in the path of travel to the drop of area, the captain will immediately begin departing the area and returning to the drop off location via the safest route possible at that time. The charter time will end and be rounded up to the next hour once the drop off process has been completed.  Owner or chartered has the right to terminate rental at any time for any reason and terminate Captain or operator at any time. examples- illegal activity, safety concerns, breech of rental agreement) If the charter is cancelled due to any of these or similar reasons(with the exception as stated in the weather related terms already discussed in this agreement) 100% of the reservation price will be charged regardless of the amount of time remaining in the charter. Boat will be inspected by owner or boat representative prior to and after the charter has ended. Additional fees may also be charged for any damages or incidentals. Guest is responsible for reporting any damages while boarding vessel and during charter. The charter begins with a clean boat and will be expected to end in the same or better condition. Bareboat charter. Charterer must provide a qualified boat operator for the entire duration of the charter. Charterer agrees to sign Bareboat/ Demise Charter Agreement. A cleaning fee may be charged if deemed necessary. Any damages, reported or not, by customer (unless otherwise noted or already known about by owner prior to the start of the charter rental) will be paid for by customer.  Although we will do all we can to help locate lost items we are not responsible for any items or personal property of any kind at any time, left behind, lost or damaged during or after rental.
