Cancelations Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the start of the charter will be fully refunded. Cancellations made 72 - 24 hours prior to the start of the charter will be refunded 50% and will forfeit 50% of total cost. Our captain reserves the right to cancel due to weather conditions/uncontrollable circumstances. All Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of the scheduled start time for the charter Will Not Be Refunded and full-cost will be forfeited.
