We’re committed to providing a smooth, premium, and enjoyable experience on the water. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a seamless booking: Booking & Payment: A 50% downpayment is required to secure your reservation. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be settled prior to your scheduled charter. Weather Policy: Your safety is our priority. In the event of unsafe weather conditions, bookings may be rescheduled based on availability. Final determination of weather conditions remains at the discretion of Lighthouse Yacht Co. Cancellations & Changes: We understand that plans can change. Advance notice is encouraged for any adjustments; however, late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to fees or be non-refundable. Arrival & Timing: Please arrive on time to enjoy your full experience. Rental time begins as scheduled, and delays may result in shortened duration. Care of the Vessel: Guests are expected to treat the yacht with care and respect. Any damages, loss, or excessive cleaning requirements may incur additional charges. Bedroom Usage: To maintain cleanliness and presentation standards, bedrooms are not permitted for active use during charters and are available for viewing or photos only. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the space in excellent condition for all guests. Safety & Compliance: All guests must follow basic safety practices and adhere to local boating regulations throughout the rental period. Use of Vessel: The vessel is intended for responsible leisure use only. Unsafe, negligent, or prohibited activities may result in termination of the rental without refund.
