The Cancellation Policy : 1. If the Charterer cancels 48 hours or more before the charter date, 100% of the contract price will be refunded to the Charterer 2. If the Charterer cancels 36 hours before the charter date, 50% of the contract price paid will be refunded to the Charterer 3. If the Charterer cancels 24 hours or less before the charter date, no refund will be issued to the Charterer. 4. If the Charterer has already paid for additional options, the Company will reimburse the Charterer for these expenses if the Charterer cancels 24 hours or more before the charter date. Cancellation policies may vary on a case-by-case basis. Refund will be applied within 7-14 days to the original payment method. In the event of heavy rain or a storm, rescheduling or a full refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
