Depart from H-FARM Campus Marina and navigate the peaceful waters of the lagoon at your own pace. Whether you're exploring the colorful island of Burano, the peaceful shores of Torcello, or the quiet landscapes of the southern lagoon towards Lido and Pellestrina, this adventure offers a unique perspective of Venice away from the crowds. A short "First Maneuvers Course" is available before departure to ensure you feel confident and comfortable at the helm. This Whaly is an open, robust, and maneuverable boat, designed to be easy to handle even for beginners. Powered by a reliable 40 HP Honda engine, it does not require a boating license, making it ideal for families, couples, or small groups. The boat is fully equipped with all necessary safety equipment for navigating within three nautical miles from the coast. WHAT'S INCLUDED The rental includes life jackets, a full tank of fuel (approximately four hours of autonomy), an anchor, mooring lines, and all mandatory safety equipment for coastal navigation within three nautical miles. Basic insurance is provided, along with telephone support throughout your trip. A "First Maneuvers Course" is available upon request to help you get started safely and confidently. WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED Fuel must be replenished to the same level before returning the boat. The nearest fuel station is located at Isola di Burano. Tips are not included, but are always appreciated. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW No boating license is required for engines up to 40 HP, but some basic navigation experience is recommended. Comfortable clothing, sunscreen, and a hat are strongly advised. The captain is responsible for coordinating passengers during navigation, mooring, and when returning to the marina. The captain is also legally and financially responsible for any damages caused by their actions to persons or property. It is mandatory to stay within the marked channels identified by the briccole (navigation markers) and never venture outside them. This experience is ideal for couples, families, or groups of up to six people seeking an authentic yet safe adventure in the Venetian lagoon.
