As of now we offer two convenient pickup locations for your rental. Our boat is docked at Havasu Landing Resort for direct pickup. If you're on the Arizona side, we can either drop the boat near the London Bridge or you can take the ferry from the London Bridge. Choose the option that best suits your needs. Convenience and Ease: Our Monterey M22 is docked at the marina, so there's no need to fuss with unloading. Just load up and go, and when you're done, dock and walk away. Convenient parking is available at the marina. Additional Information: - Fuel Costs: Fuel is not included. Please ensure the tank is refilled upon return. If not, a service charge equivalent to 1.5 times the current price of gas will be applied. - Safety Equipment: Life jackets, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit provided. Pet Policy: - Dogs 30 lbs and Under: $129 per pet, per rental (non-refundable). - Dogs Over 30 lbs: $269 per pet, per rental (non-refundable). - Pet Limit: Maximum of two pets per rental. - Behavioral Expectations: Pets must be house-trained and not left unattended. - Damage and Cleaning: Renters are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and any damages caused. Guidelines: - Prompt Arrival: Please arrive on time for your scheduled rental to ensure a smooth check-in and safety briefing. We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation to allow for the necessary procedures. If you anticipate being more than 30 minutes late, it is crucial that you notify us as soon as possible. Please understand that our crew may need to assist with other guests, and there may be a delay in accommodating your check-in if you arrive late. We cannot guarantee immediate availability or be responsible for missed time due to late arrivals, as this can disrupt our overall schedule and impact other guests. - Late Returns: You will be charged by the hour. Please inform us ahead of time if you anticipate being late, as our crew will need to be dispatched. - Monterey Boat: Be mindful of the prop and trim up in shallow areas. Damage to the prop usually happens when not paying attention to the depth gauge and surroundings. Such damage will be considered negligent, with a minimum repair charge of $500, not including any missed rentals due to negligence. - Trash and Cleanliness: Please keep the boat clean and dispose of trash properly. Important Policies Overview Our rental policies are designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our customers. Please review the following key policies that may affect your booking: 1. Weather Cancellation: In the event of adverse weather conditions, bookings can be rescheduled at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided. Safety is our top priority, and we monitor weather conditions closely to make informed decisions. 2. Late or No-Show Bookings: If you are late for your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. A grace period of 45 minutes is allowed for late arrivals. After this period, the booking may be considered a no-show, and the full rental fee will be forfeited. No-shows will not be refunded. 3. Safety Considerations: A comprehensive safety briefing will be provided before departure. This includes the location and use of safety equipment, emergency procedures, and operational guidelines. All passengers must wear life jackets while on the boat. The use of alcohol or drugs while operating the boat is strictly prohibited. 4. Boat Rules: The boat is to be used exclusively as a pleasure vessel for the renter, their family, and guests. It cannot be used for transport, trade, or any illegal activities. Smoking is not allowed on the boat. Pets are allowed only with prior approval. 5. Damage and Liability: The renter is responsible for any damage to the boat, its equipment, or furnishings caused during the rental period. A security deposit will be held and used to cover any damages. In case of significant damage due to negligence, the renter will be liable for repair costs and any consequential losses due to delayed rentals. 6. Refueling Fee: The boat must be returned with a full tank of fuel. If not, a refueling fee of 1.5 times the normal pump rate at the time of fueling will be charged. 7. Cleaning Fee: The boat must be returned in a clean condition. If not, a cleaning fee of $250 will be deducted from the security deposit. 8. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring fairness to all parties involved. Guests can enjoy free cancellations up until five days before the booking start time. For cancellations made between three to five days prior to the start of the booking, we offer a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within two days of the booking start time are non-refundable. We encourage our guests to plan accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.
