By booking this private boat experience, you agree to the following rental terms and conditions: ⸻ 1. Booking & Payment • Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. • The rental duration is 6 hours, starting at the scheduled reservation time. ⸻ 2. Cancellation Policy • Full refund if the booking is canceled at least 5 days prior to the scheduled rental date. • No refund for cancellations made within 5 days of the rental date. • No refund for no-shows or late arrivals. Time starts counting from the reserved start time, regardless of client arrival. ⸻ 3. Weather Policy • If the Marina Authority or Marine Department declares unsafe conditions (such as a hurricane, storm, or official closure), the rental will be canceled and fully refunded. • If the weather is safe and clearance is granted by the Marina Authority, the rental will proceed as scheduled. In this case, cancellations or refunds will not be accepted. ⸻ 4. Additional Fees • A mandatory Marina Access Fee of $15 per person is required and paid separately to access the marina and board the boat. • Food and beverages are not included in the rental price. Guests may bring their own. ⸻ 5. Safety & Conduct • The boat is licensed to operate only within Boca Chica Bay. Navigation outside this area is not permitted. • The Captain has full authority to ensure passenger safety and compliance with local regulations. • Children must be supervised at all times by an adult. • Life jackets will be provided and must be worn when instructed by CHcrew. ⸻ 6. Boat Rules • No smoking inside the cabin areas. • No illegal substances or dangerous behavior permitted on board. • Any damage caused by negligence or misconduct will be the responsibility of the renter. ⸻ 7. Liability Waiver • Guests participate at their own risk.
