We provide guided boat: fishing, diving,camping, and adventure boat tours – as well as freshwater research and commercial boat charters. Serving the Okanagan, British Columbia, Canada. We are owned and operated by Nelson, a long-time resident of the Okanagan, a scuba divemaster, BC certified fishing guide, and amature photographer. Nelson has a BSc in freshwater science and a master’s degree in water governance and is a professional Agrologist. Nelson enjoys guiding, story telling and hosting guests from around the world on the beautiful lakes found throughout the semi-arid desert of the Okanagan valley. Our guests safety is our primary concern. We carry commercial insurance and believe continuous training and education of our staff is important. Additional Terms & Information
Payment Upon processing your deposit, we are securing a date and time for your charter. Payment in full is requested about 7 days prior to departure and an invoice will be sent for the outstanding charter cost. Any bookings made with less than 7 days until departure will be invoiced for the total charter cost.Any request to extend the duration of your charter may be made on board by chatting with the guide. Requests for extending a charter must be received with more than 60 minutes remaining in the cruise to allow for course deviation. Additional hours are billed at $105, and must be paid in cash to the skipper. Cancellation & Refunds We will refund your full deposit if notice of cancellation is received more than 10 days prior to the scheduled departure date.If canceling within 10 days of the scheduled departure date, your deposit will only be refunded only if another booking can be secured to fill your original booking. If desired, we can work with you to reschedule for a later date. Only under extreme weather conditions, determined by the guide as being unsafe to take passengers on the water, can we cancel a charter.If we do have to cancel a charter on the advice of the skipper, your money will be refunded in full and we’ll work with you to reschedule for another date. If it is expected to be a cloudy or rainy day, the boat still floats, and guests should dress appropriately.
