In the event of Small Craft Advisories, lightning, or heavy sustained rain, we offer a full refund or a flexible reschedule date. Light Florida "passing showers" do not qualify for cancellation. Pristine Waterway Conduct: We are committed to keeping Fort Lauderdale’s canals beautiful. No littering or throwing items overboard. A dedicated bin is provided for all recyclables to ensure we leave only a clean wake behind. Arrival & Boarding: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your departure time for a safety briefing and vessel orientation. Late arrivals will deduct from your total charter time. Capacity & Safety: Maximum capacity is 10 guests. USCG-approved life jackets are provided for all passengers and must be worn by children under 13 at all times. Prohibited Items: To protect our premium "cool-touch" upholstery, no red wine or staining foods (such as Cheetos) are permitted on board. No pets allowed unless specifically cleared in advance. Captain & Bareboat: Under USCG regulations, the Captain’s fee is a separate transaction. Upon booking, you will receive a list of pre-approved, highly qualified USCG-licensed captains to choose from. Captain rates typically range from $40–$60 per hour and are paid directly to them at the dock before departure. Extend Your Trip: Having a great time?
