A signed waiver is required for swimming. - No boat tie-ups - No red wine, colored juices, or staining food - Renter is liable for any damage to the vessel Weather Policy If it is unsafe to operate on the day of your charter due to weather, then we will give you a full refund or reschedule at a discounted rate on a date/time the boat is available. Cancelation Policy We understand plans change so we offer Free cancellations until 5 days before the booking start date. 50% refund for cancellations between 2-5 days before the booking start date.
