This 44ft Lagoon 440 catamaran departs from Marina del Rey and moves through the open stretch of Santa Monica Bay, where coastal views stay wide and uninterrupted. The layout gives guests space to spread out across several distinct areas, making it easy for groups to settle in without feeling crowded. Inside and out, the vessel is arranged for slow pacing and casual gathering. A raised flybridge sits above the main deck with open sightlines in multiple directions, while the main level connects dining, lounging, and service areas in a continuous flow. The forward deck and interior salon each provide separate environments for resting, eating, or simply watching the water pass by. Cancellation Policy All bookings & sales are final. Inclement Weather Exception We will work with the client to honor requests to reschedule on an available and convenient date free of charge and regardless of notice period only in the case of inclement weather (e.g.: rain, fog or small craft advisory from national marine forecast). The captain’s sole discretion shall determine the definition of inclement weather with regards to this clause. Cancellation Procedure With the exception of the case above, all cancellation requests must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance of the charter’s scheduled start time, after which 50% of the payment will be refunded. This 50% refund only applies to reservations that are paid in full. No refund will be issued for reservations that are not paid in full. No refund will be available for any cancellation request not submitted via email at least 72 hours before the scheduled charter start time. Rescheduling Procedure Requests to reschedule bookings for an alternate day or time must be submitted via email at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled charter start time. We will work with the customer to reschedule to the next available and convenient date. Reschedule requests submitted within 72 hours of the scheduled charter start time may not be granted. All rescheduling requests are subject to a $200 fee to cover non refundable and non transferable dockage & handling fees. Reschedule requests submitted within 14 days of an impending charter are additionally subject to Captains’ and crew members’ fees ($55/hr and $25/hr respectively). We reserve the right to refuse any reschedule requests not submitted at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled charter start time.
