Terms & Conditions Weather Policy Your safety is our priority. If the captain determines that weather conditions are unsafe due to: - High winds - Lightning - Severe storms - Small Craft Advisories You may choose to: - Reschedule your charter, or - Receive a full refund of your deposit. Light rain or cloudy weather alone does not automatically qualify for cancellation. Cancellation Policy - More than 5 days before departure: Deposit may be applied toward another available date. - Less than 72 hours before departure: Deposit is forfeited. - No-shows receive no refund. Arrival Time Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure. Late arrivals will shorten the charter time. The trip will still end at the originally scheduled time. Captain's Authority The licensed captain has final authority regarding: - Passenger safety - Navigation - Weather decisions - Alcohol consumption - Boat operation Failure to follow the captain's instructions may result in the charter ending without refund. Alcohol Guests 21 years and older may bring alcoholic beverages. No illegal drugs are permitted onboard. Glass containers are discouraged unless approved in advance. Smoking Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated areas approved by the captain. No smoking inside the cabin. Food & Drinks Outside food and beverages are welcome. Ice, bottled water, soft drinks, cups and plates are included. Shoes Soft-soled shoes or barefoot are recommended. High heels should not be worn onboard to protect the deck. Maximum Capacity Maximum capacity is 6 guests (or whatever your Coast Guard capacity states). The captain counts toward the legal passenger limit if required by your vessel's certification. Children Children are welcome. Life jackets are available onboard and will be provided as required by law. Pets Small pets are welcome with prior approval. Owners are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning. Damage The renter is financially responsible for damage caused by negligence, intentional misuse, or failure to follow the captain's instructions. Cleaning Fee Normal cleaning is included. An excessive cleaning fee may be charged for: - Vomit - Excessive spills - Broken glass - Excessive trash - Smoking inside the cabin Route Charters are conducted on the Fort Lauderdale Intracoastal Waterway unless otherwise agreed. Destinations depend on weather, tides, and captain discretion. Gratuity Gratuity is not included and is always appreciated. A customary gratuity of 10–25% for exceptional service is recommended.
