For this bareboat charter, the independently selected captain will make the final determination on the morning of the charter based on actual marine conditions and forecasts. Light rain or overcast conditions do not typically constitute grounds for cancellation. If the captain determines that conditions are unsafe to operate the vessel, the charter will be considered weather-canceled. If rescheduling is not mutually possible, charter fees paid to the vessel owner will be refunded.
