Operator Requirements - Operator must be 18 years or older with a valid government-issued photo ID - Under Georgia law, anyone born on or after January 1, 1998 operating a PWC must carry a Boating Education Card (NASBLA-approved course completion) — renter is responsible for providing proof if applicable - Operator must be able to swim and physically operate the craft (mount/dismount, reboard after a fall) Passengers & Capacity - Maximum 3 riders total (operator + 2 passengers), per manufacturer rating - All riders must wear a properly fitted USCG-approved life jacket at all times — provided at check-in - Minors may ride as passengers only, at operator's discretion and risk Before You Ride - Mandatory in-person safety and operation orientation prior to departure — no exceptions - Renter must complete and sign the Rental Agreement/Liability Release and Pre-Departure Orientation forms before receiving the unit - Fuel tank provided full; return on full or fuel surcharge applies Prohibited Use - Zero-tolerance alcohol/drug policy — no operation under the influence, no open containers aboard - No jumping wakes of other vessels, no operation in swim zones or no-wake zones, no towing riders/tubes unless explicitly approved in advance - No operation outside permitted Lake Lanier boundaries discussed at check-in - No night operation unless equipped and approved for it Damage, Loss & Liability - Renter is financially responsible for any damage, loss, or required repair during the rental period beyond normal wear - A security hold/deposit is authorized at booking and released after post-rental inspection confirms no damage - Renter assumes full responsibility for citations, fines, or violations incurred during the rental period - In case of breakdown, accident, or emergency, renter must contact [phone number] immediately — do not attempt repairs Cancellations - Cancellations after 48 hours before the day of booking will not be refunded.
