Please review the following before booking your ride! Weather Policy: Safety first! If weather conditions (e.g. lightning, high winds, heavy rain) are unsafe, we will reschedule your booking or offer a full refund. Light rain or overcast skies do not qualify for automatic cancellation. Late / No-Show Policy: We allow a 15-minute grace period. After that, time will be deducted from your rental. No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours) are non-refundable. Safety First: - All riders must wear life jackets (provided with rental). - Must be 21+ to rent and have a valid driver’s license. - Max capacity: 3 people or 600 lbs total. Rules Onboard: - No alcohol or drug use before or during operation. - Stay in designated riding areas and follow all local boating laws. - Avoid shallow areas, docks, and swimmers. - Treat the jet ski like it’s your own – renter is responsible for any damage. Location: All rentals launch from a designated site on Lake Wylie (NC/SC) – detailed instructions will be provided upon booking. Have fun, stay safe, and enjoy the ride!
