Excellent boat! Excellent host! I couldn't have asked for a better first boat rental experience. The boat was fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and a ton of fun on the water. From the moment we first inquired, the communication was top-notch. Dalton answered all our questions and made us feel completely comfortable. - Weather Policy: Reservations will not be canceled due to weather unless mutually agreed upon by both renter and owner. If agreed, a replacement date will be offered for a day of equal or lesser value, based on availability. Light rain or overcast conditions do not qualify as grounds for cancellation. - Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Please arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals will not receive additional time. No-shows are non-refundable and forfeit the full booking amount. - Safety Requirements: All operators must be at least 25 years old and present a valid driver’s license. Boater education may be required per Georgia law. No operation is allowed under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Life jackets must be used as required. - Boat Rules: - - No smoking, pets, glass bottles, or open flames - No towing unless approved in writing - Boat must remain on the designated waterway (e.g., Lake Lanier) - Must be returned clean, fueled, and on time or additional fees apply - Damage & Liability: Renter assumes full responsibility for any and all damages or losses. A security deposit may be withheld in part or in full to cover damage, cleaning, or policy violations.
