Every passenger will be required to sign a waiver prior to departure. Tips are much appreciated. FAIR WEATHER POLICY - We have a fair weather policy which means the Captain will take a look at the weather and make a "go" or "no go" decision 1 hour prior to departure. If the weather is inclement and we are forced to cancel, we will first do our very best to re-schedule your trip. If we are unable to reschedule your trip, then the charter fee will be refunded in full. Note; we do not cancel due to forecasted poor weather. Destin has a very unique eco system, and forecast are often incorrect. So, we make it a best practice to wait to see the actual weather 1 hour prior to scheduled departure.
