Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. Excursions may be delayed or rescheduled, possibly cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions. This includes high winds, lightning, heavy rain, or conditions determined unsafe by the Captain. If cancelled due to weather a full refund will be made unless excursion is in progress. The rate will be calculated based on hourly rate and time spent on water prior to cancellation. Late arrival or no show policy. Please arrive 15-20 minutes ahead of scheduled time Late arrivals may reduce time on the water. Guest arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a no show. NO Shows and same day cancellations are non refundable. Safety Rules The Captain has final authority on all safety decisions, children must be supervised at all times, Life jackets and required safety equipment are provided. No illegal drugs or prohibited substances allowed. Excessive intoxication or unsafe behavior may result in termination of excursion with no refund. Guest are welcome to bring beverages though glass is discouraged for safety reasons.
