📋 Important Policies ✅ Weather Policy Your safety comes first! If weather conditions are unsafe (high winds, storms, etc.), I’ll work with you to reschedule. Each situation is case by case and up to 80% of the reservation can be refunded if circumstances permit. ✅ Late or No-Show Policy Please arrive on time for your booking. Late arrivals may reduce your rental time. No-shows are non-refundable. ✅ Safety Rules Life jackets are provided and must be worn when the boat is in motion. No operating the boat under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Children under 12 must wear life jackets at all times. ✅ Boat Rules Treat the boat with care—no reckless driving, beaching, or overloading. Clean up; a cleaning fee may apply if excessive mess or trash is left. Fuel is not included—please refuel after your trip or I can handle it for a flat fee. Any damage to the boat is the renter’s responsibility and must be reported immediately. ✅ Other Notes There must be atleast one person on board who accepts safety and operational responsibility. Please respect Flathead Lake’s no-wake zones and local boating laws. And of course, enjoy your time on the water!!!🚤🚤🚤
