RENTAL CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT 1. Within 15 days prior to the reservation, the client will be able to search for another available date for a trip with the same characteristics. It is the client's responsibility to find an alternative date for the same trip. The client acknowledges and understands that if no alternative date is available, no refund of the deposit will be issued. 2. If the cancellation is made more than 15 days in advance, the company will issue an 80% refund of the reservation fee. 3. If the cancellation is due to force majeure, unforeseen circumstances, or weather conditions beyond the company's control, the client will be informed immediately of the reasons for the cancellation. 4. If the cancellation is due to a boat breakdown, it must be replaced with a boat of similar characteristics and price. If the replacement boat is less expensive, the reservation fee will be adjusted accordingly. 5. If the cancellation is due to vessel damage or the client's decision not to depart, a 100% refund of the reservation will be issued. PROHIBITIONS In accordance with Law 30 of 1936 and Law 1336 of 2009, and other related regulations, the use of the vessel for activities primarily or similarly related to sexual exploitation, pornography, child sex tourism, production, manufacture, export, import, distribution, trade, use, and/or possession of narcotics is prohibited. Subleasing the vessel is also prohibited. Should any of the aforementioned conduct occur on board the vessel, the Lessee will be held liable before the competent civil and criminal authorities, holding the Lessor harmless.
