Rental Terms & Policies Trips begin at the scheduled time and late arrivals do not extend booking time. No shows and cancellations within 24 hours are non refundable. Weather cancellations are determined by the captain for safety and unsafe conditions such as storms high winds or lightning may result in reschedule or refund at captain discretion. The captain has full authority at all times and any unsafe illegal or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination without refund. All passengers must follow safety instructions and life jackets must be worn when directed. All passengers are required to sign a liability waiver prior to boarding and failure to sign will result in denial of boarding without refund. The renter is responsible for any damages excessive cleaning or loss caused by their group. Fuel and additional time or services may be charged if not included. The renter authorizes the owner to charge the card on file for any damages cleaning fees fuel overages or additional time incurred during the rental. By booking you acknowledge all risks associated with boating and agree to these terms and the owner reserves the right to refuse service for safety or policy violations.
