1. CANCELLATION BY THE CHARTERER Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled embarkation date shall be eligible for a 60% refund. For cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled embarkation date, the full amount shall be retained and not subject to refund. 2. WEATHER CONDITION Non-permitted weather conditions In the event of extreme weather conditions that render the execution of the daily charters impossible and are subsequently prohibited by the Coast Guard office, we offer the charterer three alternative options. 1st option: full refund 2nd option: A swift rescheduling of the charter to another suitable day. 3rd option: 3 years voucher to use for future charter date. The choice between these alternatives rests solely with the charterer, affording them the discretion to determine the most suitable course of action. We prioritize the safety and comfort of our customers, and this policy helps provide flexibility and peace of mind. 3. CANCELLATION POLICY Charters to other islands in case of Non-permitted weather conditions. In the event of daily charters involving routes that extend beyond the local limit, and cruising is prohibited by the port authorities due to weather conditions, the charter shall be confined within the local area and the client shall be entitled to a refund equivalent to the variance between the original route and the local route.
