These policies regulate the provision of boat rental services offered by and constitute a binding agreement between the lessee (customer) and the company. By making a reservation, the customer declares to know, accept and comply with each of the provisions described below. 1. Reservations and Payment Terms 1.1. Any reservation will be considered confirmed only when payment of 100% of the contracted value has been made. 1.2. No vessel will be able to sail if there are outstanding balances. 1.3. Bank transfers must be made from entities with the same agreement as our accounts. If the transfer is made from a different bank, the customer must make it as far in advance as necessary to ensure that the funds are available before the service. 1.4. Transfers in “exchange” mode are not accepted. 2. Rescheduling the Service 2.1. The request for rescheduling must be made only through official channels. 2.2. Reschedules requested 7 days or more in advance will be subject to a penalty of 30% of the total value of the service. 2.3. Reschedules requested less than 7 days in advance will be subject to a penalty of 50% of the total value of the service. 2.4. Each service can be rescheduled only once, subject to availability . 3. Cancellations 3.1. Cancellations made up to 30 days before the charter date will generate a NO SHOW penalty equivalent to 50% of the total value of the service. 3.2. Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance are not refundable under any circumstances. 3.3. If the customer does not show up on the day of the service, a 100% NO SHOW penalty will also apply, without the right to a refund or rescheduling. 4. Refunds 4.1. Approved refunds will be processed within a maximum period of 30 business days, counting from the sending of the formal request email. 4.2. The customer must send a bank certificate (or equivalent document) in the name of the same person who made the payment. 4.3. Our company does not make refunds to third parties . 5. Weather Conditions 5.1. If the day is cloudy or rainy, the service will be executed on the terms initially contracted, provided that navigation is authorized by the competent maritime authority. 5.2. Only when DIMAR (or the corresponding authority) declares a red flag, expressly prohibiting browsing, will the customer have the right to choose between: Rescheduling the service at no additional cost - , subject to availability, or - Refund of 90% of the total amount paid, discounting 10% corresponding to administrative, management and financial transaction costs associated with the reservation . 5.3. No other weather conditions—including moderate rain, cloud cover, breeze, or normal variations in tropical weather—will result in a refund, modification or rescheduling of the service. 6. Onboard Restrictions 6.1. It is strictly forbidden to enter the vessel: - Balloons or similar decorations . - DJ equipment, consoles, RX or similar. 6.2. Failure to comply with these rules will entitle the crew to deny boarding without the right to a refund. 7. Operating Schedules 7.1. The maximum return time from the islands is 4:00 p.m., in order to ensure navigation safety. 7.2. In the case of a yellow flag, the return must be made one hour earlier than usual. 7.3. The delay on the part of the customer does not modify the itinerary or extend the duration of the service. 8. Safety and Medical Conditions 8.1. Navigation may involve sudden movements typical of the sea, which do not affect the safety of the boat. 8.2. The customer is required to inform in advance if any passengers have: - Recent surgeries - Back or spine problems - Pregnancy - Significant overweight Special - medical conditions 8.3. Passengers with any of the above conditions will sail at their own riskand may be located in specific areas for greater security. 8.4. These passengers must sign a full exemption from liability document before starting to sail . 9. Personal Objects 9.1. Our company is not responsible for the loss, loss or damage of personal items during the tour. 9.2. It is recommended to properly secure documents, devices and valuables . 10. Acceptance of Policies By confirming a reservation, the customer declares to have read, understood and fully accepted the policies established here.
