Rental Terms - Punctuality: Charters begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not result in extended time or refunds. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the charter may be forfeited at the captain’s discretion. - Conduct: Excessive intoxication, aggressive or disruptive behavior will result in the immediate termination of the charter with no refund. The captain reserves the right to return to dock early for safety reasons. - Weather: Charters may be cancelled or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions at the captain’s discretion. Light rain or overcast conditions do not qualify for cancellations. Full refunds are offered only for captain-cancelled charters. - No-Show Policy: If you do not arrive for your booking, no refund or reschedule will be issued. - Safety First: All guests must comply with crew instructions at all times. Life jackets will be provided and must be worn upon request. Non-compliance may result in early termination of the charter. - Maximum Capacity: The number of guests must not exceed the legal limit stated in your booking. Exceeding the limit will cancel the charter without refund. - Illegal Substances & Smoking: No illegal drugs or illegal activity are permitted on board. Smoking is permitted in designated areas. - Damage & Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the vessel. Excessive mess or damage may incur additional cleaning or repair fees. - Children & Pets: Children must be supervised at all times. Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance. - Right to Refuse Service: The captain has full authority to refuse service or cut the trip short without refund for any behavior deemed unsafe or inappropriate
