Minimum rental: 6 hours 🧑‍✈️ CAPTAIN OPTION Want to relax and let someone else handle the boat? Captain: $75/hour Captain availability must be confirmed in advance. 📍 DELIVERY We offer boat delivery to convenient launch locations throughout the area, including: 📍 Martin County 📍 Palm Beach County 📍 Fort Lauderdale 📍 Miami 📍 Key Largo Private dock/home delivery: $200 one way. ⛽ FUEL The boat will be delivered with a full tank of fuel. Renter is responsible for returning the boat with the fuel level restored to the same level. Any remaining fuel charges will be deducted from the security/incidentals deposit. 💵 $400 REFUNDABLE INCIDENTals DEPOSIT A $400 refundable incidentals deposit is required on the day of your booking via Cash, Zelle, or Apple Pay. The deposit may be used for: • Fuel • Damages • Towing • Missing or damaged equipment • Lost life vests, buoys, dock lines, water toys, etc. • Excessive cleaning • Damage resulting from renter/operator error If everything is returned in good condition and all requirements are met, the remaining deposit will be refunded. Refund processing may take up to 7 business days. ⚠️ RENTER REQUIREMENTS To rent the boat, the primary renter must: • Be 30 years of age or older • Have a valid Boater Safety Certification or qualifying Captain’s License issued by the U.S. Coast Guard or comparable authority • Provide required documentation for verification 🛟 DAMAGE & RESPONSIBILITY The renter is responsible for the boat and equipment during the rental period. We recommend completing a thorough inspection and taking photos/videos of the boat and equipment at check-in and return. Renter may be responsible for damage or costs resulting from their use of the vessel, including but not limited to towing, engine repairs, hull/body damage, missing equipment, and other damage caused during the rental. ⏰ IMPORTANT BOOKING POLICIES Late Arrival/Return: A $100 late fee applies when the renter is more than 30 minutes late for the agreed-upon departure or return time. Holiday & Special Events: Holiday weekends, holidays, and special events may be subject to a surge charge of up to $300. Last-Minute Bookings: Bookings made within 24 hours of the requested rental time are subject to a $100 last-minute booking fee.
