Charter Terms & Conditions These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and policies for all charter bookings. By submitting a booking through our platform, you agree to the following terms. 1. Deposit & Payment A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due at the start of your charter. Payment may be made via Stripe or in cash. 2. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled charter will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit the deposit. No-shows will be charged the full amount. 3. Weather Policy In the event of severe weather or unsafe boating conditions, charters will be rescheduled at no cost or fully refunded. Light rain or overcast weather does not qualify for cancellation. 4. Alcohol & Conduct BYOB is allowed for guests 21 and older. Glass bottles are discouraged. The captain reserves the right to end the charter without refund if guests are excessively intoxicated, disruptive, or unsafe. 5. Liability Waiver All passengers agree to participate at their own risk. Have Yachts Club, its owners, and captains are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the charter. 6. Late Arrival Charters begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not result in extended time or refunds. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow for boarding. 7. Damages Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the vessel or its equipment. Fees may be assessed for cleaning, repair, or replacement if necessary. 8. Captain Authority The captain has full authority over the vessel and passengers at all times. All guests must comply with safety instructions. Failure to comply may result in termination of the charter.
