The minimum booking requirement is to ensure that our guests have enough time to enjoy the South Bay (2 hour minimum), or both North & South Bay (Downtown; 4 hour minimum). ***Weather Policy*** ¡      Our charters does not operate in unsafe weather conditions, but a light rain shower is not a deterrent. The Captain will assess the weather for safety. Should the Captain determine that the conditions are unsafe, the charter may be rescheduled or it will be canceled. ¡      If a trip is canceled by the Captain due to unsafe operating conditions, you will have the option of receiving a voucher for a future trip or receiving a full refund. ¡      Please note, charter guests who fail to show up for a scheduled trip without providing proper notice will not be eligible for a refund.
