Rental Terms & Safety Policies - Driver Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license. PWC (personal watercraft) safety course completion is recommended. - Fuel Policy: Sea-Doo must be returned with a full tank of premium fuel. A refueling fee will apply if returned below full. - Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required before rental. Full responsibility for damages lies with the renter. - Life Jackets & Safety Gear: Life jackets are provided (optional) and must be worn at all times while operating the watercraft. - Weather Policy: In case of unsafe weather conditions (e.g. high winds, storms), rentals may be rescheduled or refunded at the owner’s discretion. - No Alcohol or Drugs: Operating the Sea-Doo under the influence is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation without refund. - Late Return: Late returns will incur a fee of $50 per 30 minutes unless communicated in advance. - No-Shows: No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. - Boundaries & Rules: Stay within designated riding zones. Reckless behavior, excessive speed near docks, or disturbing wildlife will result in termination of the rental. Please arrive 30 minutes early for check-in and a short safety briefing. Ride responsibly and enjoy the water! NOTE: A $5,000 security allowance may be claimed in the event of damages, fuel violations, late returns, or unsafe/reckless behavior. The renter is responsible for the full cost of repairs or replacements up to this amount if damages occur during the rental period.
