- Arrival: Allow 15 minutes for parking and check-in. Boarding begins 10 minutes before launch. - Cancellations: More than 10 days ahead: refund minus processing fees or full rental credit. 5–10 days: refund minus 5% or full credit. 1–4 days: refund minus 10%. Under 24 hours: 20% refund. No-shows are nonrefundable. - Weather: A NOAA Small Craft Advisory or Warning qualifies for full rental credit or a refund minus 3% processing. Credits expire three months from the original booking date. - Drivers: Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Instruction is provided. - Boat rules: Food and drinks are welcome. No balloons, tape, glitter, confetti, or scattered petals. Confirm docking restrictions with your host. - Holidays: Certain major holidays request a 13.5% dock-host gratuity.
