 Booking & Confirmation - All bookings must be made in advance via our official channels. - A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of a deposit or full payment. - Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal and contact information.  Payment Policy - Full payment must be completed prior to departure unless otherwise agreed. - We accept major payment methods including bank transfer and international cards. - Any transaction fees (bank, gateway, currency conversion) are the responsibility of the client.  Cancellation & Refund Policy - More than 7 days before departure: Full refund (excluding transaction fees) - 3–7 days before departure: 50% refund - Less than 72 hours / No-show: No refund In case of adverse weather or unsafe Sea & River conditions, we shall: - Reschedule your booking, or - Offer a full or partial refund depending on the situation  Schedule & Delays - Guests are required to arrive on time at the designated departure location. - Late arrivals may result in shortened trip time or cancellation without refund. - The captain reserves the right to adjust the itinerary due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.  Safety Regulations - All guests must follow instructions from the captain and crew at all times. - Life jackets and safety equipment are provided onboard. - Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. - Any behavior that may compromise safety may result in termination of the trip without refund.  Prohibited Activities For safety and legal reasons, the following are not permitted onboard: - Illegal substances or activities - Carrying hazardous materials - Dangerous or disruptive behavior - Any activity that violates local laws and maritime regulations  Food, Beverage & Personal Requests - Guests may bring their own food and beverages unless otherwise specified. - Additional services (catering, decoration, events) must be requested in advance. - Special arrangements may incur additional charges.  Damages & Liability - Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the yacht, equipment, or furnishings. - Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly. - We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Weather Conditions All trips are subject to weather and sea conditions. For your safety, our company reserves the right to: - Delay or reschedule departure - Modify the itinerary - Cancel the trip if conditions are deemed unsafe  Children Policy - Children must be supervised by adults at all times. - Safety regulations apply equally to all passengers regardless of age.  Media & Photography - Photos and videos may be taken during your trip for promotional purposes. - If you prefer not to be featured, please inform us in advance.  Force Majeure We are not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to: - Natural disasters - Government restrictions - Technical issues - Unexpected maritime conditions  Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with local regulations.
