Rental Terms & Conditions Captain-Operated Experience Only This is a private, captain-operated boat experience. Guests are not permitted to operate the vessel unless specifically authorized by the captain and all applicable requirements are met. Safety First Guest safety is our highest priority. All passengers must follow captain instructions at all times. Life jackets will be provided and must be worn when required by law or whenever directed by the captain. Passenger Requirements Guests must provide accurate passenger information at the time of booking. Maximum passenger capacity must be followed at all times. Children and non-swimmers must be supervised by an adult. Wakesurfing Experience & Instruction Wakesurf instruction is included for beginner to intermediate riders. The captain will provide guidance on proper technique, safety, and riding fundamentals. The captain reserves the right to determine whether conditions, equipment, and rider ability are appropriate for water activities based on safety considerations. Equipment Use Wakesurf boards, life jackets, and onboard equipment are provided for guest use. Guests are responsible for reasonable care of all equipment. Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, improper use, or failure to follow captain instructions may result in additional charges. Weather & Water Conditions The captain reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel trips due to unsafe weather, storms, high winds, hazardous water conditions, or any situation that may compromise guest safety. Safety decisions are at the sole discretion of the captain. Alcohol & Guest Conduct Policy Guests are welcome to enjoy the experience responsibly; however, excessive alcohol consumption, illegal substances, unsafe behavior, aggressive behavior, or failure to follow captain instructions will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the trip without refund. Boat Care & Damage Prevention Guests are expected to treat the vessel with care and respect. The following rules help protect the boat and ensure a great experience for everyone: • No smoking or vaping onboard • No pets onboard unless approved in advance • No spray sunscreen inside the boat — please apply sunscreen before boarding • No shoes with dark soles, sharp edges, or anything that may damage upholstery or flooring • No sharp objects, knives, or items that may damage seats or surfaces • Guests are responsible for excessive cleaning, damage, lost equipment, or repairs resulting from negligence or misuse Personal Belongings Guests are responsible for personal items brought onboard. Please secure phones, cameras, and valuables while underway or participating in water activities. The captain is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings. Arrival & Reservation Timing Guests should arrive on time for their scheduled reservation. Late arrivals may reduce the total time on the water to maintain the schedule for future reservations. Respect the Lake & Other Guests We are committed to providing a safe, fun, and memorable experience. Guests are expected to respect the boat, captain, lake environment, and other boaters. Final Authority The captain has final authority regarding safety, operation of the vessel, weather decisions, passenger conduct, and participation in any water activity.
