Safety Guidelines Safety is our top priority. All renters and passengers must follow these guidelines: - The operator must remain sober at all times. Boating under the influence is strictly prohibited. - Life jackets are provided and strongly encouraged for all passengers. - Children and weak swimmers should wear life jackets at all times. - Operate at safe speeds and maintain awareness of other boats, docks, swimmers, and shallow areas. - Follow all local boating laws and no-wake zones. - Weather conditions can change quickly — return to shore immediately if conditions become unsafe. - Do not allow passengers to sit on rails, gates, or the bow while the boat is moving. - Night operation is prohibited unless specifically authorized. - In the event of an emergency, contact emergency services first, then notify us immediately. Fuel Policy - Boat is provided with fuel unless otherwise stated. - Use only approved fuel types if fill up is needed.  Late Return Policy - Please return the pontoon on time out of respect for other renters. - Late returns may be charged additional hourly fees. - Failure to communicate delays may result in additional charges. Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made 7+ days before the reservation receive a full refund. - Cancellations made within 3–6 days of the rental receive a partial refund. - Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental are non-refundable. - Unsafe weather conditions may qualify for rescheduling or refund at owner discretion. - No-shows will not be refunded. Damage & Liability - The renter accepts responsibility for any damage caused during the rental period. - Any accidents, mechanical issues, or damage must be reported immediately. - The owner reserves the right to deny rental to anyone appearing intoxicated, unsafe, or unwilling to follow rules. All renters may be subject to any damages or liability.  - We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable experience on the water. Rental Rules & Expectations By renting this pontoon, you agree to the following: - The primary renter must be at least 21 years old with a valid government-issued ID. - The driver will have valid boater safety permit or equivalent before operating vessel.  - The renter is responsible for all passengers and any damage caused during the rental period. - No reckless driving, racing, tubing unless approved beforehand, or operating under dangerous conditions. - The boat must stay within approved lake/operating areas. - No beaching the pontoon unless specifically permitted. - Please return the boat in the same condition it was received. - Excessive messes, stains, trash, or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair fees. - Smoking is prohibited unless otherwise approved. - No illegal drugs or illegal activity permitted onboard. - Maximum passenger capacity must never be exceeded. - Children must follow all state life jacket laws. - Pets are only allowed with prior approval.
