Beat the heat and have a blast on Lake Havasu with premium watercraft rentals from us. Fast and powerful, our boat rentals deliver an action-packed day of endless fun. Day Rental is based on approximately 8 hours 9am-5pm Boat Information - Seats 6 Max - Fuel Capacity 40 gal - Stereo with AM/FM - Bimini Top - Wake board Tower - Includes Life Jackets & Required Boating Equipment. Rates - To check rates and availability - select your date, then select your length of rental then your price will be displayed. - Holiday Weekend Rates (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day) - Must call to reserve More Info - All boat rentals must meet at our shop. - We launch and retrieve our watercraft rentals for you via Lake Havasu State Park/Windsor Launch. Renter/Driver must have a valid drivers license/pass port in person at the time of the rental - no beginner drivers allowed. - All renter/driver(s) must be 25 years or older. Please Note: - ALL ONLINE BOOKINGS ARE FOR LAKE HAVASU - Launching out of Windsor/Lake Havasu State Park. - Out of Area Rentals & Holiday Rentals will have to be booked by phone. - - Saturdays, Spring Break (March), Holidays/Holiday Weekends & Special Events renter/driver must be 28 & older with Intermediate or higher experience. What to bring - Must bring ID to confirm minimum rental age. - Renter/Driver(s) Must have a Valid Drivers License - We except Debit Card, Credit Card (Visa, M/C & Discover) or Cash for payments. - Security Deposit must be on a actual Credit (Visa, M/C, Discover) or Debit Card Only. No Cash, No Prepaid or EBT cards for security deposit will be excepted. Security Deposit $800 Sandbar Powersports Cancellation/Reschedule Policy Non-Holiday: Your down payment will hold the watercraft/pwc for the date(s) you are reserving. The balance of rental payment is due on the 1st day of departure and shall be paid via credit/debit card or cash prior to taking the rental, as well as your security deposit will be due. There is a $25 processing fee for reservations. In the event that a watercraft you requested is down, we will put you in the next closest boat or upgrade you if possible. Non-Holiday Boat Cancellation: 14-day cancellation notice is required prior to 24 hours of your first rental date or cancellation charges will apply. Cancellation before the 14 day notice will refunded and charged $25 for processing. Cancellation within 14 days will be charged the cancellation fee. Cancellation charges for rentals within the 14 days will be charged or deducted from the reservation deposit paid: All boats $150 per boat reserved per day reserved plus $25 processing. Cancellations within 24 hours of the rental date will be charged the full rental rate. All cancellations must be in writing/email. Non-Holiday Reschedules: Any reschedules will require the remaining balance of the rental that’s due to be paid. This will be applied to the rental date that it is changed to. Only 1 date change is allowed, unless weather forces the change. All watercraft changes will be accessed a $50 processing fee. Any additional date changes will be charged a $50 rebooking fee. Any cancellations at this point will forfeit the rental & monies paid. Reschedules will only be valid for the same boating year that the initial reservation was placed for, Reschedules can not be transfer to another person(s). All Rentals: Renter needs to arrive 30 minutes prior to rental to complete any paperwork. Full-day rentals must be picked up by 12 noon or the watercraft can or will be forfeited. Any arrival time after the start time of the rental will be given what time is left only, as we do not extend past our closing time. Multiple Day Rentals will have a set park time: In & Out rentals will be given daily or if you have a boat slip the park time will be based on the time of year but not to exceed 6:30pm. Holiday dates are: Memorial Day May 26th-29th, 4th of July Holiday July 1st-5th, and Labor Day Weekend September 1st-4th. Thanksgiving Weekend November 23rd-25th. Christmas/New Years – December 24th-January 3rd. Desert Storm Poker Run Weekend April 20th - 22nd. Off Road Tours: All bookings are non-refundable. One reschedule will be allowed within the same off road season/year. Reschedules are non transferable. Holiday Cancellations: No Refunds or credits will be given. All Cancellations must be emailed to sandbarpowersports@gmail.com. Holiday reservation: Requires half of the rental paid up front per boat per day reserved if book 30 days or more in advance. All remaining balances will be due 30 days prior to the rental, failure to pay the balance will forfeit monies paid and the reservation. All bookings for holiday rentals with in 30 days for the holiday will require full rental payment up front. Any Holiday cancellations will forfeit any monies paid for the boat reservation. Holiday reservations can not be moved or credit for another date or transferred to another person. All “No Shows” or people unprepared to complete the rental requirements will forfeit all monies paid as well as be charged for any monies due. Weather Conditions. Company is not responsible for weather conditions, weather changes or unpredictable storms. In the event the weather causes unsafe boating on the day of the rental and the company can not put the watercraft out safely the company will issue a credit voucher to the renter of the watercraft. If Renter cancels any part of the rental or an unforeseen incident/weather has caused the rental to end early, there will be no credit or refund for time unused. Rental Credit Vouchers are only valid for the boat season the boat is rented in and will only be issued to the person who rented the watercraft/or paid for the rental, no transfers will be allowed. All Cancellations must in writing and emailed to sandbarpowersports@gmail.com No phone/voicemail cancellations will be accepted.
