Additional Terms & Information
PROCEDURES On the day of the rental, you will be met by the captain at your designated location who will have you fill out the Rental Agreement Waiver and go over all the safety procedures. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to the reservation time will not face any additional charges. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the reservation time will be charged the 25% of the full rental amount. We reserve the right to cancel if the weather doesn’t permit safe boating. A full refund will be provided. DAMAGE Upon return, all boats will be thoroughly inspected for damage. If it has been determined that damage has been caused to the boat, the renter will forfeit their $2000 deposit. If the damage is greater than $2000, the renter will be held accountable and charged for the remainder of damages.
