Rental Terms – 25’ Harris Tritoon Rental Duration: Full-day and half-day rentals available. Rental times must be strictly followed to avoid late return fees. Fuel Policy: Boat must be returned with a full tank of gas. If returned without a full tank, a refueling fee of $8.00/gallon will be charged. Capacity: Maximum of 12 passengers. Do not exceed capacity for safety and insurance reasons. Safety Requirements: - Driver must be 25 years or older with a valid driver's license. - Boater safety certificate required if born after January 1, 1986. - Life jackets provided and must be worn by all passengers under 13 years of age while the boat is in motion. Security Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of $750 is required. Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning will be deducted from this amount. Prohibited Activities: - No smoking on the boat - No pets without prior approval - No glass containers - No beaching or tying to other boats without permission Weather Policy: In the event of severe weather, rental may be rescheduled based on availability. No refunds for early returns or weather-related interruptions unless deemed unsafe by the rental company. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the deposit.
