The Operator must be 25 years of age, and meet the following requirements: - Must have a valid driver’s license. - Boating experience is required to rent the boat - The Rental Agreement & waivers must be signed prior to departure. - The boat must be operated in accordance with Federal, State, and local laws, rules, and regulations including, but not limited to all laws regarding the use of alcohol and drugs. DUI laws apply and are enforced. - Each boat will only accommodate a designated number of passengers. Picking up extra guests after leaving Marina will result in a penalty payment, a minimum of $500. - A photocopy of a credit card and driver’s license will be held on file. - The boat may not be taken off of Tims Ford Lake or docked anywhere else besides the owners designated boat slip. The boat is not allowed to be taken out of the lake via a trailer or any other mode of transportation. All boats are GPS-tracked. - Towing or pulling a three to four person tub is permitted. All equipment is at the responsibility of the renter, we do NOT supply tubes, ropes skis etc. Experience required. - Fireworks and firearms (including flares) are prohibited.
