Charters are seasonal we do not operate in the winter. Charters are focused on sightseeing cruises wakesurfing, wakeboarding, water skiing and tubing. Activities are subject to weather, water conditions, and captain discretion for safety. Weather Policy: If unsafe weather conditions occur (high winds, storms, poor visibility), the charter may be rescheduled or refunded at the captain’s discretion. Light rain or overcast conditions do not qualify for cancellation. Late Arrival / No-Show: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may reduce your charter time. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable. Safety & Rules: All passengers must follow captain instructions at all times. Life jackets are provided and required as per safety regulations. Intoxicated guests may be refused service without refund. No smoking No illegal substances. Meeting Location & Backup Plan: Primary departure is from Pitt Meadows Marina. If docks are busy or conditions change, an alternate nearby meeting point will be communicated prior to departure.
