The renter is responsible for selecting and hiring the captain and crew separately, in compliance with all applicable regulations. - Renter must be present onboard for the duration of the charter. - No smoking inside the vessel. - No illegal substances allowed onboard. - Excessive alcohol consumption or unsafe behavior may result in termination of the trip without refund. - Renter is responsible for any damages caused during the charter. - Late arrivals will reduce charter time and are not refundable. - Weather policy: trips may be rescheduled in case of unsafe weather conditions at the captain’s discretion. - Fuel, captain fee, and additional services may be charged separately unless otherwise specified in the booking.
