Private Group Party Boat Charter in Houston, Clear Lake Area

This is a private charter for the booked group only. The rental time includes departure and return to the dock. Setup begins approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes before the cruise. Guest boarding begins 15 minutes prior to departure. There are no cancellations, refunds, or guaranteed rescheduling. Any deposit or advance payment made will be applied to the invoiced amount and is non refundable. The company cannot control the weather. Cruises operate rain, shine, wind, fog, heat, or cold and the event will move forward as scheduled. For safety reasons, the captain has full authority over the vessel and may alter the route or remain tied to the dock. Cruise time may be extended by the portion not underway at the captain’s discretion; however, no credit, partial refund, or fractional refund will be provided. Only in the event of an impending hurricane or a mechanical failure deemed unavoidable by the company will a full refund be issued or the client may elect to reschedule. A 250 rescheduling fee may apply in certain circumstances. This exception does not apply to other weather conditions including rain, wind, fog, heat, or cold. The client and/or responsible party agrees to accept full responsibility for any and all alcohol related claims, incidents, injuries, or damages involving guests invited to or attending the event. The client releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bristol 2000 Management, The company, South Shore Harbour Resort, and all associated owners, employees, agents, heirs, and representatives from any and all claims arising from the consumption of alcohol before, during, or after the charter. The sponsoring individual or company accepts full financial responsibility for any such claims and agrees to satisfy them through personal funds and/or insurance coverage. The company and its affiliated companies do not recommend or encourage the consumption of alcohol and assume no responsibility for alcohol related actions or outcomes. All guests must follow crew instructions and safety rules at all times. Alcohol must comply with the vessel’s stated alcohol policy and may only be served by the onboard bartender. Guests may be refused service at the discretion of the crew. Illegal substances are prohibited. Failure to follow rules may result in early termination of the cruise without refund.
