Terms and Conditions 1. The Charter operates under the authority of the captain. The captain has the authority to terminate the Charter in the event of unacceptable conduct by the Charter party. 2. No illegal substances or firearms are permitted onboard. Discovery of the presence and use of illicit substances and firearms will immediately terminate the Charter without refund, and the vessel will return to its homeport. 3. When you reserve a charter date, it is your Charter date if the captain determines that the date is fit for Charter. It is your responsibility to arrange your party unless otherwise agreed in writing. 4. A cancellation called by the captain due to weather or mechanical problems will create either a deposit credited toward another Charter date, or you may request a refund. 5. The Charter includes proper use of our adequately outfitted center console and the captain. 6. The captain and crew shall not be held liable for any injury or fatality caused by either direct or indirect action of any member of the charter party. 7. The balance of your Charter price over and above your deposit is due and payable, at the latest, on the dock upon completion of your charter. 8. No trash, garbage, or other materials are thrown overboard into the water. 9. The captain may call you before your trip to discuss the weather, sea conditions, etc. 10. Smoking is NOT permitted in the vessel. 11. Cancellations must be made in writing 5 days prior to the charter date for a full refund. If canceled within 5 days of departure time, you lose the deposit. If you cancel on the day of the charter, you must pay in full. 12. The charterer agrees to be fully responsible for all furnished equipment aboard the vessel. Charterer agrees to pay us the amount necessary to replace damaged or lost equipment. 13. Please plan to be at the dock 10 minutes before the agreed start time. 14. Charterers and guests agree to conduct themselves appropriately on marina property by respecting the privacy of other boats at the dock and maintaining safe and appropriate behavior on the dock
