No lifeguard is on duty, and swimming is at your own risk. Your safety is our priority. The charterer is liable for damages to the vessel. Weather Policy: Your hired captain will determine if the weather is deemed chartable. If the weather is unchartable, we will do our best to work with you on postponing or rescheduling the charter. RESERVATIONS & RESCHEDULING All payments are final and non-refundable if canceled 5 days or less prior to your reservation, but transferable with approval from management. Additionally, charter funds can be transferred with no penalties to future charter date(s) if our office is informed of the cancellation and rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to the originally scheduled departure date. 7 Business days or more before the reservation date: Full refund 5-7 Business days before the reservation 50% refund 5 days or less before the reservation: No refund CANCELLATIONS & WEATHER PROVISION In the event of extreme weather such as the height and severity of waves, the current or wind patterns, a lightning storm or tornado where it is a danger to be on the water, the management reserves the right to reschedule the charter at no additional fee. All payments are final and non-refundable. The Captain has the final decision in determining if a charter must be rescheduled due to extreme weather. Rain does not constitute grounds for cancellation or rescheduling. Please understand that your safety is our top priority. The booking will be considered completed and not eligible for a refund or a credit if you fail to appear to charter without emailing us prior to the scheduled departure time. POLICIES The Company reserves the right to change this policy at any time.
