Rates: • 2-Hours: $700 MXN per person    Rates include: • Full equipment of paddleboard, leash, life jacket  • SUP lesson for beginners What You Can Expect: Rather than completely winging it—Come and get real comfortable on a paddleboard learning from one of our trained and skilled instructors. Our team will welcome you at the time of your scheduled lesson at our beach club at Mismaloya beach. After you get settled in, we will dive into your lesson— covering: • A thorough warm-up and on-land preparation • Theory and anatomy of a Stand Up Paddle Board • Stand Up Paddle techniques and maneuvers • Possible risks, hazards, and essential safety information • An open water exploration of the Banderas Bay A Stand Up Paddle Boarding lesson lasts for two hours. Group lessons are available for three to six people (maximum six people per instructor) at 9AM, 11AM, 1PM, 3PM Wednesday through Monday (we rest on Tuesda) We also offer private and semi-private lessons for single individuals and couples for a more customized experience.
