Whether you're getting up on a set of skis for the first time, wanting to progress to a single ski or fine tuning your turns and conquering the wake, you will progress faster than you ever thought possible. You will ski in a fun & safe environment using the latest technology and coaching techniques with our experienced instructors. You can book in as an individual or as a group. Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes “life happens” and you have to cancel an appointment. As our clients, we hope that you understand that our schedules are very tight and as they say, “time is money.” We feel that we have a very fair cancellation policy that allows the client to give proper notice and not be penalized for the cancellation. Please read the following cancellation policy carefully: • Clients must cancel out of a class or training session with at least 24 hours’ notice. • If you cancel within the 24-hour time period of the start time of the class/session, you will be charged for that class/session. • Each client will have one free “no show” per package purchased, meaning they can late cancel once per package and not be penalized. • Session cancellations need to be done by contacting the trainer directly.
