For bookings of 5 hours or more on weekdays, a complimentary 30-minute Jetski ride adds an extra thrill to your adventure. __________________ ABOUT THE BOAT This luxury 64-ft Majesty yacht accommodates up to 25 guests and features fully air-conditioned interiors, three bedrooms, a spacious lounge area with comfortable, cushioned seating, and upper and lower decks. It is equipped with a BBQ grill for cooking onboard, bathrooms, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a music system, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. __________________ WHAT’S INCLUDED The base price of the rental includes the captain’s fee and Crew service Charges . Also included in your trip are the following amenities: a music system, bathrooms, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a BBQ grill ( on request ) for your use. Complimentary refreshments include unlimited soft drinks, water, ice cubes, and fishing equipment with fishing bait available upon request for fishing trips. __________________ WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED Food is not included, but we have different food options let us know if you want to add Tips for the captain and crew are not included but are always appreciated. Yacht Rental Cancellation Policy 1. Cancellation Timeframe & Refund Eligibility - Cancellations made 30 days (1 month) or more before the booking date: - - Full refund of the deposit/rental fee, minus a 5% administrative fee. - Cancellations made within 30 days (1 month) of the booking date: - - No refund will be issued. - Exceptions may apply only for documented emergencies (e.g., severe weather, medical crises) at the company’s discretion. 2. Rescheduling - Rescheduling is permitted only if requested 30+ days before the original booking date, subject to yacht availability. - Rescheduling within 30 days may incur a 15% rebooking fee. 3. No-Shows - Failure to arrive for the booked date/time will result in full forfeiture of payment. 4. Force Majeure - No refunds for cancellations due to unforeseen events (e.g., extreme weather, pandemics, political unrest). - Guests may reschedule (no fee) or receive a 50% credit for future bookings. 5. How to Cancel - Submit written cancellation via email to Support@getmybaot.com or through the booking portal. - Phone cancellations are not valid without written confirmation.
