You will develop essential birdwatching skills and learn the fundamentals of avian biology, migration ecology, and wetland conservation. With professional binoculars provided by our team, you will practice species identification techniques. Look out for purple herons, ospreys, avocets, spoonbills, flamingos, and a wide variety of duck species. For this birdwatching boat tour on the Tagus Estuary, you'll need to arrive at the meeting point in the Doca de Santo Amaro at least 15 minutes before your excursion starts.
