All Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) rentals come with: PFD, leash, paddle and board. Price: CAD 51 for full day CAD 214 for a week CAD 32 for 3 hours This course gives you the basic skills to succeed and advance in the future. The Intro course is fun with an emphasis on getting on the board confidently and safely. A lesson is a great way to start if you have never SUP’d before. Intermediates will also love the course as they will get to try a variety of boards and hone in on their paddle skills. - Learn about the different types of boards, paddles and gear - Learn safety on and off the water (how to transport boards, respect for the different water conditions, use of PFD’s and more) - Basic skills for correct paddle technique - How to load and carry boards safely Location - Canmore (Spray Lakes) Reservoir, Two Jack Lake, Lake Johnson Price for course: CAD 73 What to bring: Towel, change of clothes, sunscreen and a smile. Lesson includes all equipment required. No need to rent a board. SUP Yoga 1 Hour and a Half SUP Yoga Session including all gear for SUPing and Yoga Instruction. Must bring your own yoga mat. CAD 32 including board, PFD, and paddle. CAD 21 if you have your own board Yoga on a paddle board is possible by attaching a small anchor to the board to stay in a fixed location.
