We’ve got you covered with a complimentary cooler, kitchen utensils, bottle opener, disposable cups, napkins, and plates for your convenience. What to Bring: Please bring bags of ice, swimsuits, towels, sunscreen, bug spray and any food or beverages you'd like to enjoy (alcohol is allowed). Guests are welcome to bring their own food and clear beverages—please avoid red drinks to help keep the boat clean.

Booking Agreement: Weather Policy - To ensure guest safety, the boat Captain has the authority to deem whether weather conditions are “charterable” or “uncharterable” due to weather conditions. Uncharterable weather conditions are typically the result of (but are not limited to) heavy storms, small craft advisory warnings, gale storms, strong winds, and large waves. Light rain, passing storms, and cooler temperatures are typically considered charterable. In the case that conditions are deemed uncharterable, our team will work with you to temporarily postpone or reschedule your booking to a future date. Boarding - Please arrive to your scheduled booking fifteen (15) minutes prior. Before departure, Captain will review all rules and safety procedures. The Captain will return boat the dock approximately fifteen (15) minutes before the scheduled end time. It is expected you shall use this time for disembark. Guest Comfort and Safety: - You must provide appropriate adult chaperones over the age of twenty-five (25) to accompany groups under eighteen (18) years of age. One (1) adult to every three (3) children. - Children 13 years and younger are required to wear a life jacket at all times. - No pets allowed, unless they are service animals. All service animals need to have a life jacket worn on board. Owners are responsible for providing pets with appropriate life jacket. - All passengers are to conduct themselves in an appropriate and respectful manner. Any unruly behavior will result in immediate termination of booking and the Captain will return boat back to the harbor. No refunds will be given. - While the boat is in motion, for the safety of all passengers, it’s imperative that all passengers remain seated until boat comes to a stop. Alcohol, Illegal and Controlled Substances - Zero-tolerance policy. No one under the age of twenty-one (21) will be allowed to consume alcoholic beverages onboard. There is NO SMOKING allowed on the boat of any substance. The use of illegal or controlled substances on the boat is prohibited. Neither may you or your guests bring any explosives, firearms, or articles of a dangerous or damaging nature aboard the boat. No items that utilize open flames, gas, or propane are allowed. The Captain reserves the right to discontinue the booking if any of these terms are violated. No refunds will be given. Additional Restrictions – No red wine or other potential staining beverages. No other dyed items such as wigs, silly string, feathered boas, glitter, confetti, etc. No glass containers, which can break and create hazards on the boat.
