Important Rental Policies - Weather Cancellations: If unsafe weather conditions (e.g., thunderstorms or high winds) prevent departure, we’ll work with you to reschedule or issue a full refund. Light rain does not qualify for cancellation. - Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Rental time begins as scheduled. Late arrivals will not receive extended time. No-shows will forfeit their rental and deposit. - Safety Rules: The boat must be operated by someone with a valid driver’s license and a valid boating safety certification. - Boat Rules: - - No pulling up on islands, sandbars, or any land. - No towing or pulling of any kind (including floatation devices). - No tying up with other boats. - Alcohol is permitted in moderation—no excessive drinking or unsafe behavior. - Damage Policy: A $400 charge will be applied for propeller damage. Additional costs may apply for inspection or repairs if other damage is found. Any lost rental time due to damage may also be billed. - Trash & Cleanliness: Please remove all garbage at the end of your rental. A cleaning fee may apply if excessive mess is left behind. - Chargebacks: All payments are final. No refunds will be given via chargeback.
