Charters depart on time, and late arrivals may result in reduced charter time without a refund. - No Shows: Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled charter without prior notice will forfeit their reservation and payment. - Safety: All passengers must follow the captain's safety instructions at all times. U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets are provided and must be worn when required. - Boat Rules: No glass containers, illegal drugs, or unsafe behavior are permitted. The captain reserves the right to end the charter without a refund if any guest's behavior threatens the safety of others or damages the vessel. - Damage: Guests are responsible for any intentional or negligent damage caused to the boat or its equipment during the charter. - What We Provide: A cooler with ice, bottled water, and all required safety equipment. Guests are welcome to bring additional beverages and snacks (no glass containers).
