Bookings must be cancelled 5 or more days prior to booking date for full refund. Guests may reschedule bookings to avoid cancellation fees. Guests are encouraged to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to departure time to ensure on time arrive. USCG approved life jackets are provided for adults and small children.
